Cathy Filsinger has been with Lincoln County Farmers Mutual since 2009. She and her husband, Mel, are lifelong residents of the area. She has three grown children, Jennifer, Josh (with wife Melissa) and Jessica (with husband Jake), and 3 beautiful grand-kiddos! Cathy enjoys the challenges of the insurance business. Her personal mission is to serve her insureds and to provide them with products that best fits their insurance needs.

Alyssa White
Marketing Manager & Agency Assistant
Alyssa joined our team in January of 2022. She has been a resident of Lincoln County since 2001. She loves organization, being creative, and working with the Agents, Cathy, and Jeff which makes her an ideal co-worker!
She has a degree in Digital Marketing/Advertising and brings 5 years’ experience and loves the challenge of coming up with new ideas. In her free time, Alyssa enjoys Diamond Painting and hanging out with family and friends.
Jeff Davis
Agent
Jeff Davis joined our team in October of 2019. He grew up in St. Louis County, what is now known as “Maryland Heights”. He started his career in the insurance business in 1993 where he has been fortunate to have worked in several aspects of the insurance field including: property/causality, health & life and employee benefits. Jeff has 2 grown children from a previous marriage and recently got married to his wife, Erin. He now has 4 children, 2 “children in laws” and 2 grandchildren. When he is not at work Jeff plays guitar, banjo and mandolin in his church praise band, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.
