Cathy Filsinger
Agency Supervisor
Cathy Filsinger began her insurance career in 2009 as a Customer Service Representative with Lincoln County Farmers Mutual Insurance Company. After obtaining her Agent’s License in 2010, she joined LCM Insurance Agency Inc. as an agent, where she served clients from 2010 through 2016 before stepping into the role of Agency Supervisor and Senior Agent from 2016 through 2026.
With more than 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, Cathy has built her career around helping individuals and families find coverage that truly fits their needs. She enjoys the ever-changing nature of the business and values the relationships she has built with clients throughout the years.
Cathy and her husband, Mel, are lifelong residents of the area and have been married for 37 years. Together they have three children, Jennifer, Jessica (Jake), and their late son Josh, who went to be with the Lord in 2022. They are also proud grandparents to three beautiful grandchildren.
Outside the office, Cathy enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, reading, and continuously learning new things.

Jeff Davis
Agent
Jeff Davis joined our team in October of 2019. He grew up in St. Louis County, in what is now known as “Maryland Heights”. He started his career in the insurance business in 1993, where he has been fortunate to have worked in several aspects of the insurance field, including property/casualty, health & life, and employee benefits. Jeff has 2 grown children from a previous marriage and is happily married to his wife, Erin. He now has 4 children, 2 “children in laws”, and 2 grandchildren. When he is not at work, Jeff plays guitar, banjo, and mandolin in his church praise band, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities.

Micajah “Cage” Goins
Agent
Micajah “Cage” Goins joined our team in 2026. He grew up on a small farm in southeast Kansas, where he developed a strong connection to agriculture and the outdoors. With family ties in Lincoln County, Cage and his family have long been familiar with the area.
Prior to entering the insurance industry, Cage worked in the outdoor industry and with the Natural Resources Conservation Service, gaining experience in land stewardship and conservation. He brings that background and perspective into his work in insurance.
Cage is married to his wife, Abby, and they have a son, Jackson. He enjoys being part of the Troy community and values the relationships built both personally and professionally.
